Can I use Spumone Self on painted bodywork?
Yes - at the correct dilution it is suitable for use on all vehicle types including sports cars, passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles. For painted surfaces, use it as a pre-wash rinse-off product rather than leaving it to dry on the panel. Always rinse thoroughly after dwell time.
Is it safe to use on wheels and wheel arches?
Spumone Self is an all-purpose degreaser, so it is effective at cutting brake dust, road grime and grease in wheel arches and on wheels. Test on coated or anodised wheels first and rinse thoroughly. It is not a dedicated iron fallout remover, so pair it with a fallout remover for stubborn iron contamination on alloys.
