Yes. Work Stuff recommends a machine wash before first use. This opens the Twisted Pile fibres, removes any manufacturing residue and brings the towel up to its full absorbency. Wash it alone or with other microfibre products, without fabric softener.
Is it safe to use on ceramic-coated paint?
Absolutely. The 1100 GSM Twisted Pile construction is dense and soft enough that it won't abrade a cured ceramic layer. Use light pressure and let the pile soak up the water rather than dragging the towel across the surface.
Can I use the Prince on PPF or vinyl wraps?
Yes. The delicate microfibre structure is safe on PPF, matte vinyl and gloss wraps. As with any film surface, avoid pressing hard over edges or panel seams where the film might be lifting.
How do I use both sides of the towel effectively?
Start on one side and work panel by panel. When that side is saturated, flip the towel and continue with the dry side. This doubles the usable capacity of a single towel per drying session and helps prevent water transfer back onto the paint.
