The kit is formulated specifically for vehicle glass - windscreens, side windows, and rear windows. G6 and G4 are safe on glass only; avoid using them on painted surfaces, trim, or rubber seals. G1 ClearVision is also a glass-specific coating and should not be applied to paint or PPF.
Do I need to use all three products in sequence?
For best results, yes. G6 removes surface oils and light contamination. G4 then targets stubborn residues and light imperfections that G6 alone won't clear. G1 ClearVision bonds properly only to clean, polished glass, so skipping either earlier step will compromise adhesion and durability.
What is the flash time and cure time for G1 ClearVision?
G1 ClearVision has a short flash time - follow the specific application instructions in the product leaflet for your ambient conditions. Full cure typically takes 24 hours, during which the glass should be kept dry. Avoid driving in rain or washing the vehicle during the cure window.
Can I apply G1 ClearVision over an existing sealant or coating?
No. G1 ClearVision needs to bond directly to bare, clean glass. Any existing sealant, water repellent, or coating must be fully removed first using G4 and G6 before you apply G1. Applying over a previous product will prevent proper bonding and reduce durability significantly.

Can I use the included cloths on my paintwork after using this kit?
It's best not to. The MF Power Glass Cloth and MF1 Microfibre Buffing Cloth may pick up glass polish residue or G1 coating chemistry. Cross-contaminating these cloths with your paint-safe microfibre collection risks introducing contaminants to your paintwork. Keep glass cloths dedicated to glass work.
Will G1 ClearVision affect wiper performance?
In most cases, G1 ClearVision improves wet-weather visibility enough that wiper use is reduced at speed.
