What makes the short-loop construction different from a regular drying towel?
Long-loop towels have taller fibre loops that can catch on badges, emblems, aerial bases and sharp panel edges - sometimes pulling paint protection film or trim clips at worst. The MF7's shorter loops still hold a large volume of water thanks to the 1060gsm density, but they lay flatter and glide over surface details without snagging.
Is the MF7 safe to use on ceramic-coated paint?
Yes. The ultra-soft, high-density fibre blend is gentle enough for ceramic-coated surfaces. The short-loop design means there is minimal drag across the paint, so you are not risking micro-scratches or disturbing a fresh coating during the drying stage. Allow any fresh ceramic coating to cure fully before using any towel on the surface.
Can I use this towel on PPF-wrapped panels?
The MF7 is safe on paint protection film. The soft fibres and low-snag loop design reduce the risk of lifting PPF edges or creating friction marks on the film surface. Avoid pressing hard on fresh PPF installs - light, even pressure with this towel is all you need.
How do I wash and care for the MF7 to keep it performing?
Wash the MF7 separately from other laundry, ideally with other microfibre products, using a microfibre-safe detergent. Avoid fabric softener - it coats the fibres and kills absorbency. Wash at 40°C or cooler and either air-dry or tumble-dry on low heat. Do not iron the towel. The MF7 is built to maintain its performance through numerous washes when cared for correctly.

Does the MF7 work well after waxing or applying a quick detailer?
The MF7 is a drying towel and works best on wet paint straight after rinsing. Once the car is dry, switch to a dedicated plush microfibre or applicator for wax or quick detailer application and removal. Using a saturated drying towel for product removal is not what it is designed for, and mixing uses can introduce contamination.
