How do I prepare the glass before applying G5?
Clean the glass thoroughly with Gtechniq G6 Perfect Glass, then polish with G4 Nanotech Glass Polish to remove any water spots or light contamination, and finish with a final clean using G6 again. The surface must be completely clean and decontaminated before you apply G5 - any residue underneath will compromise bonding.
How long does G5 take to cure?
After application, leave G5 to cure for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature before buffing off the residue. Avoid any water contact with the treated surface for at least two hours following application.
How long does G5 last?
G5 lasts up to 4 months per application. Durability will vary depending on how often the glass is cleaned, exposure to harsh conditions, and the cleaning products used on the surface.
How do I apply G5?
