The MJJC Foam Cannon Pro V2.0 is compatible with Kranzle K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 and K7 pressure washers. The revised fitting is designed to connect directly without thread tape or glue.
What is the minimum pressure required to run this cannon?
The cannon operates from a minimum of 50 BAR / 725 PSI, though the included orifices are optimised for 90 BAR / 1305 PSI and above for best foam quality. Below 90 BAR you would need to source a 0.9mm orifice separately.
Which orifice comes pre-installed, and what else is in the box?
The cannon ships with a 1.25mm orifice pre-installed, which is suited to machines running 110-150 BAR / 1595-2175 PSI. A 1.1mm orifice is also included in the package for machines in the 90-110 BAR / 1305-1595 PSI range. Swap the orifice to match your machine before first use.
How do I choose the right orifice for my machine?
Match the orifice to your pressure washer's operating pressure: 0.9mm for 50-90 BAR, 1.1mm for 90-110 BAR, 1.25mm for 110-150 BAR. Running an orifice that is too large for your machine's pressure will produce thin, watery foam. The 0.9mm orifice is not included and must be purchased separately if your machine falls in that range.
How much shampoo do I use, and at what dilution?
Dilution depends on the shampoo you are using and the level of soiling. Start with roughly 30-50ml of a high-foaming shampoo per tank fill, then adjust the ratio dial on the cannon. High-foaming pH-neutral snow foam products tend to give the best results. Thicker concentrate formulas need less product than diluted ones.
How does the 360-degree spray pattern work?
The spray head rotates so you can direct foam horizontally, vertically or at any angle in between. This lets you lay foam onto the bonnet and roof from a normal standing position, or angle it underneath sills and along the chassis without crouching or repositioning yourself around the vehicle.
Is the tank truly leak-proof when inverted?
Yes, the V2.0 tank cap has been redesigned to seal properly even when the cannon is turned upside down. The tank also holds more than 1 litre, making it practical for larger vehicles like SUVs, bakkies and vans without needing a mid-wash refill.
Can I use this cannon with any shampoo, or does it need a specific product?
It works with any car shampoo, but you will get the thickest foam from a dedicated high-foaming snow foam or a concentrated shampoo with good foaming agents. Avoid products with wax additives if you plan to follow up with a decon stage, as they can leave a film that interferes with subsequent chemical treatments.
