How do I use a single sachet?
Drop one sachet into your wash bucket before adding water. Fill the bucket with the water stream directed at the sachet to activate the foam. The sachet dissolves completely - no tearing or emptying needed. Then wash as normal using the two-bucket method.
Is this shampoo safe on ceramic coatings and paint sealants?
Yes. The formula is pH-balanced and free of harsh surfactants that strip hydrophobic layers. It is safe to use on bare paint, waxed paint, polymer sealants, ceramic coatings and PPF. Beading and sheeting behaviour on your coating will be maintained after rinsing.
Can I use it on wheels and glass as well?
It is designed primarily as a body shampoo and works well on glass. For heavily contaminated wheels with brake dust or fallout, a dedicated wheel cleaner is a better first step - use this shampoo as a follow-up rinse once the wheels have been decon'd.
What is the dilution ratio?
Each sachet is pre-measured for a standard 10-15 litre wash bucket. There is no ratio to calculate - the dose is set. This is the core benefit of the Type S format: consistent foam density and cleaning strength every single time.
Will it strip my wax or ceramic topper?
No. The pH-neutral formula is specifically formulated not to degrade wax, carnauba blends, synthetic sealants or ceramic maintenance toppers. It cleans effectively without the alkalinity that breaks down protection layers.
How many washes do I get from the 10-pack?
One sachet per wash, so the box gives you 10 full wash sessions. For a two-bucket wash on a standard passenger vehicle, one sachet in your shampoo bucket is sufficient. Larger vehicles like bakkies or SUVs may benefit from one sachet per bucket if you want a denser lather.
Can I use this with a foam cannon or snow foam lance?
This product is formulated for bucket washing rather than a foam cannon setup. The sachet dissolves into a wash bucket effectively, but the viscosity is not optimised for lance pressure. For pre-wash snow foam use a dedicated snow foam product, then follow up with this shampoo for the contact wash stage.
What finish does the paint have after washing?
After rinsing you get a clean, slick surface with no shampoo residue. The paint will feel smooth to the touch and is ready for any follow-up step - clay barring, polishing, applying a topper or simply drying and leaving. It does not add gloss or protection on its own, but it does not take any away either.
