Turn the foam dial toward maximum, use warm water in the bottle if possible, and hold the nozzle about 30-50 cm from the surface. A higher-pressure machine (above 100 bar) will generally produce denser foam than a lower-powered unit.
A dwell time of 3-5 minutes is typically enough for the foam to loosen road grime and light fallout. Avoid letting it dry on the panel in direct sunlight. Rinse thoroughly before following up with a contact wash or second-stage decon product.
Yes. Snow foam is safe on painted wheels, alloys, rubber arches and plastic trim. Use the targeted jet setting to push foam into tight wheel spokes and arch lips where grime accumulates.
Absolutely. A snow foam pre-wash is one of the best ways to maintain ceramic-coated or PPF-wrapped paint because it removes loose contamination before any physical contact. Choose a pH-neutral snow foam product to avoid stressing the coating.
After each session, empty any remaining solution, fill the bottle with clean water and run it through the cannon for 30-60 seconds to flush the pickup tube and nozzle.
