The MJJC Foam Cannon Pro V2.0 is compatible with all Kärcher K-series machines: K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 and K7. It uses Kärcher's standard quick-connect fitting, so it attaches without tape or thread sealant.
The cannon will operate with pressure washers rated as low as 50 Bar (725 PSI), though for meaningful foam thickness MJJC recommends a minimum of 90 Bar (1,305 PSI). The included orifice options are sized to match your machine's pressure range for best results.
The cannon ships with a 1.25mm orifice pre-installed, which is ideal for machines rated 110-150 Bar (1,595-2,175 PSI). A 1.1mm orifice is included in the box for machines running 90-110 Bar (1,305-1,595 PSI). For machines outside these ranges: use a 0.9mm orifice for 50-90 Bar, or a 1.35mm orifice for pressure above 150 Bar. The additional sizes are available separately.
The top dial controls the soap-to-water ratio - turn it to increase or decrease foam density. The nozzle adjusts between a narrow cone and a wide fan pattern. The entire head rotates 360 degrees, so you can angle foam onto horizontal surfaces like the bonnet and roof without repositioning the gun.
Dilution depends on your specific shampoo's concentration and your machine's pressure. A common starting point is 1:10 to 1:15 (product to water) in the tank, then adjust using the cannon's ratio dial until you get the foam thickness you want. Higher-foaming shampoos can be diluted further.
The tank holds more than 1 litre, which is enough for a full wash on larger vehicles like SUVs and bakkies. The cap features a redesigned leak-proof seal that holds even when the cannon is inverted, so you can store it without draining the tank first.
This specific version is designed for Kärcher K-series quick-connect fittings. MJJC produces variants of the Foam Cannon Pro V2.0 for other brands (Nilfisk, Bosch, etc.) with the appropriate fittings. Check that you have the Kärcher K version before purchasing.
Empty the remaining shampoo solution, fill the tank halfway with clean water, and run it through the cannon for 20-30 seconds. This flushes residual product from the orifice and internal passages. Store with the tank empty to prevent soap residue from drying and clogging the nozzle.
