What is the double-action sprayer and why does it matter?
A standard trigger sprays only when you squeeze the lever. The Mercury's super double-action mechanism sprays on both the press and the release stroke, so you get roughly twice the output per cycle without extra effort. For high-volume tasks like foaming a panel or applying a decon spray, this translates directly into faster coverage.
Can I really spray at any angle?
Yes. The 360-degree system uses an internal dip tube that feeds from the bottom of the tank regardless of how the bottle is oriented. You can spray sideways, inverted or at any awkward angle - useful when treating wheel arches, door shuts or underbody areas.
What chemical resistance does the Mercury 360 Pro+ have?
The bottle is rated chemically resistant for solutions between pH 6 and pH 8, which covers most wash soaps, quick detailers, spray waxes and light decon products. It is not suitable for heavy solvents or solutions outside that pH range, so check your product's pH before filling.
Can I use this with fallout removers or iron decon sprays?
That depends on the specific product's pH. Many iron and fallout removers are strongly acidic, which falls outside the pH 6-8 window this bottle is rated for. Always confirm the pH of any chemical before using it in the Mercury 360 Pro+.
Do I need to do anything before using it for the first time?
Yes. Kwazar recommends lubricating the O-rings and other moving parts of the unit with silicone grease before first use. This keeps the double-action mechanism operating smoothly and prevents premature seal wear. Silicone grease is available separately.
How do I adjust the nozzle?
Rotate the nozzle head to shift between a fine mist and a concentrated stream. The adjustable nozzle lets you dial in the right spray pattern for the task - wide for panel coverage, narrow for targeted application on trim or badges.
Is the 500ml size the only option?
No. The Mercury Super 360 Pro+ is also available in a 1-litre version. The 500ml is better suited to detailing products you dispense in smaller quantities, while the 1-litre works well for wash solutions or any product you burn through quickly.
What is the stabilising ring for?
