What dilution ratios should I use for a foam lance?
Volume Extreme can be run from neat (undiluted) all the way down to 1:15 through a foam lance. Start around 1:8 to 1:10 for a thick, clinging foam on a heavily soiled vehicle and reduce the concentration for lighter maintenance washes.
How do I dose it in an automatic tunnel wash?
For the foam shampoo phase in an automatic wash, use 5-10 ml per car. If you're running a waterfall-effect application, increase that to 10-40 ml per car depending on soil level and water quality. For self-service bays, 10-20 ml per car works well.
Can I pre-dilute Volume Extreme and store it ready to use?
Yes, the product can be pre-diluted. Keep in mind that the storage method and the quality of your water will affect how long the pre-diluted solution stays stable. Use clean, low-mineral water where possible and store in a sealed container away from direct sunlight.
Is it safe to use on all paint types, including dark and black paint?
