How should I use the MF2 to get the best results?
Lay the towel flat on the panel and drag it gently across the surface rather than wiping in a scrubbing motion. Work panel by panel and refold the towel as it loads with water. Always use a light touch - the GSM does the work, pressure just adds risk of marring.
Is the MF2 safe on freshly corrected paint or coated surfaces?
Yes. The zero-scratch microfibre construction is designed to minimise contact marring, making it well suited to corrected paint, wax-topped panels and ceramic-coated surfaces alike. Just make sure the towel is clean before use.
Can I use it on glass and plastic trim as well as paint?
The MF2 is primarily designed for painted bodywork, but the soft microfibre is gentle enough for glass and hard plastic trim. Avoid using it on very textured trim where debris can embed in the pile and cause scratching.
How do I wash and care for the towel?
Machine wash after every use at no more than 40°C using a non-biological detergent. Do not use bleach-based products or fabric softeners as these break down the microfibre pile and reduce absorbency. Dry naturally or on a low tumble-dry setting.
How should I store the MF2 between uses?
Store it in a dust-free environment, such as a sealed bag or dedicated microfibre storage box. Dust and grit embedded in the pile are the leading cause of contact marring during drying, so clean storage is as important as a clean wash.
What is the GSM and why does it matter?
GSM (grams per square metre) measures pile density. The MF2 is 450 GSM, which is high enough to hold significant water volume and reduce the number of passes needed to dry a full vehicle, while still being manageable to handle.
Can I use the MF2 alongside a drying aid or quick detailer?

How many towels do I need to dry a full-size vehicle?
