I. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed on Detailer SA are processed for shipping depending on the time in which the order was placed and paid for. The standard time for processing an order is up to 24 hours of the order placement excluding weekends.

In the case when an order placed and paid for using our website, has been done BEFORE 3PM (SAST), the order will be processed for shipping that SAME DAY.

In the case when an order placed and paid for using our website, has been done AFTER 3PM (SAST), the order will be processed for shipping the NEXT DAY.

We do not process orders for shipping during the WEEKEND (Saturday & Sunday), orders made during the weekend will be processed for shipping on the Monday morning that follows. This, however, does not mean that customers are prohibited from placing orders during the weekend.

II. DELIVERY PROCESS

We charge a FLAT RATE FEE of R100 for shipping on orders less than R1000. Shipping costs on orders over R1000 are FREE.

Orders are packaged and collected for delivery by a courier company once they have been successfully processed. The customer who placed the order will receive an email entailing all the necessary information regarding their order’s shipping- i.e. tracking number, courier company & link for website to track their parcel.

The delivery process should take between 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Please Note: Detailer SA only ships products locally in South Africa.

III. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our customer care hours are between 9AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday. Customers are free to contact us during these hours regarding any issues they have encountered with regards to the shipping process or any other related issues.
