100% Scale by Innovacar is a new generation acid pH product that can be used as a car limescale remover for an intense and energetic decontaminating action on limescale, salt stains, acid rain and slight surface oxidation on all external vehicle surfaces.
It is a decontaminant developed with a sophisticated medium viscosity formula designed to make application easy even on vertical surfaces and to become an essential support in the difficult task of limescale or water spot mineral stains removal, from vehicle surfaces.
Main features:
- Intense decontamination: thanks to its special substances, it can treat the most serious limescale and salt contamination and has a slower evaporation rate, allowing it to be worked with brushes, cloths and applicators for a long time;
- Can be used on the exterior surfaces of the car: it can be used on body parts, wheels, the engine compartment, plastics and also on glass, the panoramic sunroof, headlights and polycarbonate;
- Gel formula and reduction of drippings: thanks to its viscosity, it is made to cling more tightly to the sides and vertical surfaces, facilitating workability and thus reducing drippings. In addition, these characteristics facilitate direct application only in small areas where there is contamination to be treated;
- Easy application: thanks to its water-based formulation, the product can be used on both wet and dry surfaces;
- Eliminates old protective coatings: it can be used to eliminate old protective and ceramic treatments previously applied and almost at the end of their life. This can prepare the surface, of new or used cars, for the application of a new protective cycle;
- Preparation of glass for protective treatments: if applied to windows and glass prior to the application of SC3 Glass Sealant, it allows the surface to be cleaned and prepared for protection;
- Safety: it contains no EDTA/NTA and no added phosphorous*.
- Average consumption: 150 ml per car or 15-20 ml per panel.
100% SCALES IS IDEAL FOR:
=-Remove annoying limescale, salt and acid rain stains from glass, bodywork and exterior car surfaces;
- Chemically dissolve contamination to simplify the polishing process and thus shorten its time;
- Remove protectives already present on a car, to avoid interference with a new nanotechnological treatment, different from the previous one;
- Prepare the glass and crystal surface as well as possible before applying a specific protective agent such as SC3 Glass Sealant.
HOW TO USE 100% SCALE:
For extraordinary cleaning against limescale, mineral residues and old acid rain stains or for removing old protective coatings:
- Wait until surfaces are cool and apply away from the sun.
It is recommended to prepare the surface to be treated with 100% Scale through a prewash phase with SP1 Prewash and a wash phase with DS Scale.
- Use a microfiber applicator and spread the product with light pressure and vertical and horizontal movements, leaving it to act for a couple of minutes.
- Proceed to rinse with water, even at high pressure.
For ordinary cleaning of limescale and mineral residues and recent acid rain:
- Wait until surfaces are cool and apply away from the sun.
- Spray the product diluted 1:5, treating one panel at a time, leaving it to act for a couple of minutes.
- For a more intense action: use a soft bristle brush and spread the product with vertical and horizontal movements.
- Proceed to rinse with water, even at high pressure.
For extraordinary cleaning of windows and headlights:
- Wait until surfaces are cool and apply away from the sun.
- It is recommended to prepare the surface to be treated with 100% Scale through a prewash phase with SP1 Prewash and a wash phase with DS Scale.
- Spread the product onto the glass with a microfiber applicator evenly and allow it to work for a couple of minutes.
For more intense action:
- Use a medium bristle brush or the white side of Micron Scrub and spread the product with vertical and horizontal movements.
- Wait a couple of minutes and rinse.
Extraordinary cleaning:
- Use the product pure.
- For ordinary cleaning of limescale, mineral residues and recent acid rain: dilution can be up to 1:5, i.e. use 160 ml of product and fill the remaining part with water (840 ml) to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution.
Warnings:
- We advise not to apply on hot surfaces or in the sun and not to allow the product to dry out or remain on glass or other surfaces for a long time.
- We do not recommend using the product pure on previously applied protective treatments whose resistance is unknown, as it is a strong decontaminating treatment. In such cases we recommend a dilution of 1:5 or more.
- Do not use pure on unpainted or acid-sensitive surfaces (i.e. direct gloss varnishes), even if the product contains anti-corrosives.
- If in doubt or on particularly sensitive surfaces, it is always recommended to test the application on a small hidden part before use.
- Always refer to the MSDS and the precautions and instructions on the label.
- We recommend using the product on surfaces previously cleaned with SP1 Prewash and DS Scale.
